Unique Users

What is this a Unique User?

A Unique User can be any person within your organization that uses or would like to use CareerCross. Rather than having everyone share the Master Account’s username and password, you can setup one or more Unique Users. Each user logs in with their own username and password and the Master Account allocates the number of Jobs and Resume Contacts available for each Unique User.

A Unique User can be part of the Master Account or a Sub-Account if your company has any Sub-Accounts available. For more information about Sub-Accounts, please see the "Sub-Accounts" section.

Manage Sub-Accounts

1.Add/Edit Settings: From Master Account

Log in as the Master Account. A Master Account user can manage all users within your company.

To add a new user, click the "Add Unique User" button in the "Unique Users" page. On the next page, enter a username, password and valid email address. You cannot change the username, so please choose something that is easy to remember and distinguishable from other Unique Users. The Master Account user can select which account this user belongs to. Next, select the number of jobs and resume contacts you would like to allocate to this user. The number will vary depending on which account the Unique User belongs to. Click "Save" to update these changes. You can edit the job and contact limits of multiple users in the "Unique-Users" page in the same way you can allocate product limits for multiple Sub-Accounts.

2. Add/Edit Settings: From Sub-Account (*1)

Log in as a Sub-Account. A Sub-Account can set up one or more Unique Users for their own account. The number of Unique Users a Sub-Account can set up depends on the number of Unique Users available for that Sub-Account. For more information regarding Sub-Account product limits, see the "Sub-Accounts" page.

To add a new user, click the "Add Unique User" button in the "Unique Users" page. On the next page, enter a username, password and valid email address. You cannot change the username, so please choose something that is easy to remember and distinguishable from other Unique Users.

A Unique User created by a Sub-Account will belong to this Sub-Account. Select the number of jobs and resume contacts you would like to allocate to this user. Click "Save" to update these changes. You can edit the job and contact limits of multiple users in the "Unique-Users" page in the same way you can allocate product limits for multiple Sub-Accounts.

Sub-Accounts can only edit its own Unique Users whereas the Master Account can edit Unique Users of all Sub-Accounts.
