How can I register on CareerCross Haken?

There is a button titled “FREE TO REGISTER” on the right side of CareerCross Haken front page. Click on that, choose Job Seeker Registration and fill in the form on the following page and you’ll be registered on CareerCross Haken. Once registered, your CareerCross Haken account gives you access to CareerCross Haken and other C.C. Consulting services (“CareerCross” and “eBenkyo”). Registration is 100% FREE.

What should I do after I register?

Register　→　Create resume　→　Search jobs / Temp staffing Companies　→　Apply (= Interim registration with the temp staff companies)　→　Response from company

After registering, you’ll be taken to the “Temp Staff Resume” page, and please fill in the form to complete your resume. (You can skip this and create your resume at a later date if you prefer). As soon as you find a desirable job or company, you can apply immediately.
After you have applied for a position, the temp staffing companies response will be sent to your registered email address or the telephone number you specified.　

I have not received a confirmation email after registering.

The system takes a few moments to process your registration, so please check your email a few minutes after registering. Please also check your junk mail folders and security settings and remember to add the domain ‘careercross.com’ to your safe list.

How can I delete my registration?

If you would like to delete your registration and all your data from CareerCross Haken, please log in to the site and click the “Delete Registration” link on “My Page”. Deleting will remove all your data such as your resume, bookmarked jobs, and contact history from temp staffing companies. Deletion cannot be undone so please be careful when using this function. An alternative to deleting your profile is to simply set your resume to “Private”. We recommend this method as you won’t have to re-register all your information should you decide to use CareerCross Haken again in the future.
