Job Description
Key Responsibilities：
‐Design and manage Asia regional enterprise system to support business activities by providing technical support, maintenance and operations are delivered with high availability, within budget and according to agreed quality standards
‐ Manage partners, vendors, and other third parties of on-site and outside to maximize IT operation efficiency by tight and incorruptible communication.

Skills/Experience：
- Vendor/Outsourcing Company management and negotiations
- Strong Experience and Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server Operating Systems, Active Directory and Exchange
- Microsoft Exchange servers administration
- Desktop/Laptop systems
- Backup/Disaster Recovery Systems
- Storage Area Network
- MS-SQL RDBMS
- The Internet Infrastructure
- Corporate LAN/WAN Infrastructure
- Knowledge of global IT industry and best practices
- Business Level verbal communication skills in English and Japanese
- Business Level written communication skills in English and/or Japanese
- Experience in foreign capital financial industry is preferable
