How do I login?

You can login by entering your Username and Password on the right side of the CareerCross home page and clicking “Login”. You can also click the “Login” button on the top of the page which will take you to a login page. Once you login you will be taken to your “MyPage”. It is necessary to login to create resumes, apply for jobs, receive resume contacts and take advantage of other functions.

 
 

What is my Username?

Your Username will be the email address that you used when you registered with CareerCross. You need this information and your password when you login.

 
 

What happens if I forget my Password?

If you forget your password, please click the login button on the top of the home page. On the next page, please click on the link that says “Click here if you’ve forgotten your password”. You will receive an email from us within the next few minutes with a new password. If you don’t receive an email, please check your junk mail folders. We recommend changing your password back to something easy to remember after you login with your new password.

 
 

How can I change my Username and Password?

Your Username and Password can be changed from the “Edit Login Details” page of your “MyPage” section. Click on the “Change” button under Username and/or Password, fill in the new details and click “Save”.

 
 

I don’t seem to be able to login with my Username and Password.

Please carefully check your username and password. Passwords are case sensitive so please be careful of upper and lowercase letters. Also make sure your browser is not automatically filling an old/incorrect password for you. Manually type in (don’t copy & paste) your password and try again. If you still have problems, try resetting your password (see “What happens if I forget my Password?”).

 
 

In case you still cannot log in

Please try resetting your password (see “What happens if I forget my Password?”) and try logging in again with your new password.
If you are still having problems, the most likely cause is "cookies’.

To successfully log in to CareerCross, your Internet browser must be set to accept cookies. To check or change your settings, please follow these instructions:

  1. Internet Explorer 6 and 7 - click on “Tools” > “Internet Options” from the top menu and go to the “Privacy” tab. Check your Privacy level (we recommend “Medium”), and make sure CareerCross is in your list of allowed sites. To do this, click on “Sites”, type “www.careercross.com” and click “Allow”.
  2. Firefox 2 and 3 - click on “Tools” > “Options” from the top menu and go to the “Privacy” tab. Make sure “Accept cookies from sites” and “Accept third-party cookies” are checked. If you want to block cookies from sites, you’ll have to add CareerCross as an exception. Click on the “Exceptions…” button, add “www.careercross.com” and click “Enable”.
  3. Safari - click on “Edit” > “Preferences…” from the top menu and go to the “Security” tab. In the “Accept Cookies” section, choose “Only from sites you navigate to”.

You may have to restart your browser for settings to take effect. If you are using a browser other than those listed above, please check in your browsers preferences or options menu to configure it to accept cookies.
