Position Responsibilities The person filling this position will assist with day-to-day operations, executing work requests, performing technical troubleshooting, and keeping up with new technologies and corporate standards. Working with the team, he/she will be involved the definition, design and implementation of infrastructure projects, offering consultancy as well as second and third level support. The job requires not only technical skills, but also good understanding of corporate standards, policies, guidelines and procedures.
