The "Sales Support Assistant" Specific responsibilities will include:

・Handle invoice issues.
・Administrative support.
・Communicate with Head Quarter in the United States as well as the Clients in Japan.
・Write cover letters for Contracts with Clients.

Our Client is looking for an innovative and driven person who always strive to do one’s best at everything.

・1+ years administrative assistant or secretary experience.
・Self-starter with strong oral and written communication skills in both Japanese and English
・Knowledge of Microsoft Office required, particularly Word and Excel
・Bachelor’s degree preferred.
・Candidate should be highly organized with excellent follow-up.
・Ability to work unsupervised with attention to detail.
・Ability to interface with personnel at all levels, internal and external.
・Ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
