Responsibilities
-The successful candidate will be asked to take on a variety of task depending on the needs and requirements of the department at the time, these may include:
- Month-end close accounting support
- Monthly Accounts reconciliation and monitoring between general ledger and subsidiary ledger
- General financial accounting support
- Local legal reporting and tax filing
- Group reporting (IFRS)
- Assists with fixed asset accounting and investment accounting
Requirements
- Experience in accounting, preferable with insurance industry experience
- Very good analytical skills
- Flexible and strongly team oriented
- Detail oriented
- Precise working style
- Microsoft Excel skills
- Japanese a must, some English also required
