・Day-to-day response to escalated End User issues reported either directly or through the CSD Help Desk.
・Periodic software testing of new patches, upgrades, or software on the Business Unit (BU) Build so that the stability of the desktop environment remains stable.
・Utilization of all standard troubleshooting techniques in the resolution of core product issues, to include, but not limited to system logs, monitoring tools and other standard means.
・Various administrative planning responsibilities in the performance of their duties.
・Project management for and monitoring implementation of any structured technology changes to the BU environment as assigned by the Service Manager in support of technology division goals.
