Responsible for setting up user’s application accounts
Responsible for contacting overseas application account administration teams
Eventually expand responsibility to cover operating system access operations
Responsible for creating monthly list of user accounts for IT Security monthly monitoring report
Ensure all accounts in the actual database should match the number of approved accounts in the request authorization system
Co-ordinating and operating of IT Security access control procedures in accordance with the global security and local regulation requirements
Investigation and report of any security incidents mainly on access control to management and following-up of detected security exceptions and containment
Communicating with users and IT staff for any troubleshoot on the accounts being created
Responsible for changing passwords once retrieved by IT staff in the Firecall system
Maintaining account audit logs for internal / external inspections
Making monthly user/system accounts reports to management
Solving and consulting with users for daily access control operational tasks / questions
Participating in daily user account access control tasks such as business applications/OS user administration, Windows shared directories, etc
Take a leading role in cleaning up and periodic access review projects
Other duties as required

Experience in the access control operations with a background in user account administration and reportingTechnical proficiency in :Basic Unix/Linux, Windows NT/2000/XP operating Systems, Mainframe; Internet web services; Sybase, Oracle and other relational Database Systems
