-Manage Project Portfolio so that it accurately reflects current and planned company’s workload as requested by clients and by company staff itself.
-Ensure the project repository is kept up-to-date with all committed, provisionally committed and forecast work.
-Ensure effective communication with customers through the appropriate Account Managers, in prioritising work and resolving conflicts.
-Manage and escalate resource and project conflicts in line with business priorities.
-Ensure that necessary actions are taken to balance supply and demand.
-Responsible for progress control, progress reporting, risks and issues management, quality management, and resource management (human, financial and technical) throughout the entire project lifecycle.
-Manage 2 or more of the key projects in the Portfolio through the full project lifecycle, and deliver On Budget, On Scope, On Schedule
-Liaise with Operations Planning Team to staff project work.
-Planning - Create a detailed workplan for implementation of the project.
-Managing Implementation - the transition from development to production environment through documented or agreed operational testing procedures.
-Ensure that the client and the Commercial services are made aware of the operational cost caused by the changed or new service.
