Job Description
In the software quality assurance department (about 12 persons), you’ll participate in the following QA activities: business requirement document review, technical design document review, functional/system test preparation and execution, user test coordination, and test outsourcing management for the selected business projects and the maintenance of the existing systems. You will also create and maintain the repository of test cases for various domains of our system to keep good quality and carry out extensive tests which require the confirmation/manipulation of the data in the database and system inputs/outputs to verify the expected functionality. You will be also in direct contact with IT teams and users in business projects as a test manager coordinating integration and user acceptance tests.


Required Skills
Business level in Japanese and conversational level in English.
Academic qualification in computer science, or similar.
1 to 3 years of experience in information systems preferably in QA activities.
Autonomous and a team player.
Ability to analyse and summarise.
Ability to work under pressure and to adapt to various environments.
Ability to work in an international team.
Ability to communicate with various people.
Knowledge and experience in the following fields will be considered:
- Oracle database and tools (PL/SQL, Developer2000) or equivalent (other relational database or Visual Basic like tool) (MUST HAVE)
- Client/Server environment experience (MUST HAVE)
- SQL programming (MUST HAVE)
- Windows and Unix OS (MUST HAVE)
- QA/Test experience would be a plus (MUST HAVE)
- Non life insurance experience would be a plus (PREFFERED)
- Experience with a use of test management/automation tools would be a plus (PREFFERED)
- Experience with a offshore test management (PREFFERED)
- Experience in managing a group of testers (PREFFERED)

Experience with Loadrunner preferred.

業務内容
ソフトウェア品質保証部（12人程度のチーム）において、ドキュメントレビュー、テクニカルデザインのレビュー、システムやファンクションのテストなどの構成、既存システムのメンテナンスなどを担当していただきます。またＩＴチームなどとの連携やユーザーとのやりとりも含まれています。

求められるスキル：
日常会話程度の英語力とビジネスレベルの日本語
情報技術系の学位、同等の資格
1-3年程度の情報システムにおける経験（ＱＡは尚可）
チームプレイヤーであること
国際的なチームのなかでコミュニケーションをとって仕事ができること

さらに以下の経験がある方は優遇します。
